Managed Global Operations Licensing System (GOLD) implementation into more robust framework replacing Film and TV Database application (FTD).

Act as the primary liaison between business end-users and Information Technology team to ensure business needs, system enhancements and project milestones are delivered in a timely manner and within budget.

Lead weekly status meetings with Information Technology team and business stakeholders to prioritize and delegate required tasks resulting in timely project deliverables.

Interface with diverse business units to add more efficiency to master use licensing functionality in GOLD system. Created project planning, scope, and specification documents.
