Technical Project Manager, Digital Business Systems 2014 -July 2017 Digital Intelligence Project: Tasked to implement an analytics driven operating model to capitalize multiple sources of data. Managed a remote team of 20 located in multiple regions.

• Implemented a DevOps initiative to have operations as touchless as possible. Managed a plan to install and train developers on the use of new products: GitHub (code repository), New Relic (server monitoring) and Pager Duty

(notification alerts). This reduced overtime and weekend work by 80%.

• Developed and integrated an end-to-end view of IBM’s entire web presence via a dashboard – Used agile methodologies, and 2 week sprints to continuously deliver functionality to our users. Managed daily scrum calls, product backlog, sprint planning, retrospectives and feature presentations. This led to a 70% drop in change requests.

• Managed risks changes and issues.

Project Manager, Global Deployment and End-User Adoption 2011 – 2014 Managed all aspects of worldwide adoption and deployment for the Blue Horizon Master Data Management System project. This was a sub project within an IBM enterprise wide project.

• Led end-user adoption activities including organizational change, production readiness and support for end-users following deployment of tool upgrades and releases.

• Worked closely with multiple application owners on documenting requirements and ensuring all the requirements were met.

• Managed 2 large projects ($5M) for Initial site implementation and 2nd release with major enhancements. Worked as the End-to-end PM with 4 PM’s reporting to me.
