Managed staff of 7 Safety & Training Coordinators and auditors in 4 states under 6 contracts. Responsible for enterprise compliance to State and Federal regulations as well as host company policies for safe operations in electrical and gas utilities.

Implemented program to publish Standard Operating Procedures for regulatory compliance topics.

Unit also maintained all protective and control relays and devices associated with the large power equipment. 1995 – 1999 Instrumentation and Controls Maintenance Supervisor - Responsible for the supervision of eleven technicians in the performance of power plant maintenance. Chosen to lead the combined site Safety Council.

1993 – 1995 Instrumentation and Controls Technician – Responsible for performing surveillance tests, preventive maintenance, loop calibrations, equipment modifications, troubleshooting, and repair to module and component level.

Selected to fill the position of Lead Planner, including a period when an INPO Maintenance Assist Visit was performed with no findings in the area of maintenance planning.

Selected to fill the position of discipline scheduler for I&C, responsible for developing and coordinating a 5-week rolling schedule, and coordinating implementation of the active schedule.

United States Navy 1982 - 1991

Nuclear Electronics Technician - Responsible for supervision of four persons in the repair and operational readiness of all Primary and Secondary Nuclear Related Instrumentation aboard submarines.

Established the Quality Assurance Program for the Reactor Controls Division. As Leading Quality Assurance Inspector was responsible for writing packages and accomplishing research for the division and other support activities for preventive and corrective maintenance, operational checkouts, and alterations.
