HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANT • Columbia, SC • 2016 to present This assignment entailed creating a new human resources function within an existing infrastructure and upgrading the current Safety and Security Program.

WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC COMPANY • Jenskinsville, SC • 2014 to 2016 Technology provider for nearly 50% of the world's operating commercial nuclear power plants. HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER, NEW PLANTS AND MAJOR PROJECTS Directed Human Resources across domestic and international construction projects for the API1000 nuclear design. Key participation on teams working to address variable pay policies on overtime and site premiums. Served as lead HR liaison with Fluor Construction to facilitate collaboration of HR site policies. Analyzed and contributed to implementation of Nuclear Safety Culture Program. Communicated with Employee Concern Program Coordinator to facilitate claims resolution. Key Accomplishments:

• Led the HR Westinghouse team to consolidate a three-company consortium model to a one-company leadership structure. Also, changed-out existing on-site construction company for improved productivity and efficiency. Reducing headcount by 20% (500 employees) and reorganizing business structure created cost savings of over $6 million. I was personally responsible for 320 Westinghouse employees impacted at both US AP1000 construction sites.

• Key member of on-going optimization team to address continued schedule delays and cost overruns. Overall, these initiatives removed bottom line costs to the project by approximately $3 million.

• Served on a team to consolidate and optimize existing HR policies (site allowance, site premium, and overtime) between Westinghouse and newly acquired company, CB&I; This was an initial cost savings of $5 million with a total savings of $15 million over a five year period. This initiative reduced cost, created uniform policies for all site employees, and substantially improved employee relations and morale.

• Successfully repatriated all US expatriates & their families from China to the US; This added enormous value to the overall AP1000 nuclear project by placing existing subject matter experts within the US projects, retaining top performers, and building a premier recruitment strategy for future expatriates. WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC COMPANY • Columbia, SC • 2005 to 2014 HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR/BUSINESS PARTNER, FUEL BUSINESS Initially led a team of 15 professionals at the Westinghouse Fuel Fabrication Facility in Columbia, SC. Scope expanded to include three other US manufacturing facilities along with responsibility for a Global Engineering Organization made up of 350 employees. In 2012, transitioned to a business partner role focused primarily on senior leadership development, strategy deployment, human capital and succession planning, and organizational development. Key Accomplishments:

• Standardized HR policies & procedures across all manufacturing facilities primarily focused on improved productivity, safety and quality. Overall cost savings to plant operations was $1million per year.

• Executed a talent database throughout all US manufacturing and engineering to track top talent and create a stronger career mapping strategy. This initiative retained high potential candidates and improved employee engagement statistics by 25% in the area of career development.

• Participated on two union negotiation teams; both contracts were completed on-time, met cost-savings objectives, and maintained an excellent working relationship with represented employees. I was selected as a member for both teams because of the trust and existing relationships with both union and leadership members.

• Created a more rigorous event/injury reporting system intended to reduce costs under Workers Compensation and days away from work. This optimization plan reduced company’s liability and saved costs by 45K per year.
