OBJECTIVE
To obtain a position that will help me further use my skills as a manager and help create a culture that people can grow and enjoy what they are doing. I am seeking a position as a District Manager, but also understand that I may need to start with something less and prove my skills.
SUMMARY
I have enjoyed working for the same company for 39 years, the last 30 as a District Manager. I have enjoyed many successes in sales and profit. I have developed many District Managers from Assistant Manager to their current District Manager position. I have enjoyed a family atmosphere with plenty of competition and had anticipated working my career out at that company. Many of the other franchises came to Cleveland to see how we achieved 9 years in a row of constant growth. It was not abnormal to have people working for us for over 10 years and even beyond. In April 2016, the owners decided to sell the business while it was on top. The new ownership came in and changed everything, including the working atmosphere which resulted in me looking for another opportunity where I can work out my remaining years as a loyal employee.

I have operated 7 to 9 stores from Lorain Ohio to Erie Pennsylvania, depending on the needs of the company. My responsibilities were:
All facets of the operations. Insuring that my stores were operating at a high level.
Implementation and insuring that the stores are using the proper systems to insure cleanliness, cash control, labor control and accurate food cost.
Helped create Action Plans side by side with the General manager if a target area was out of line to correct the issue.
Hiring and oversee training of new managers
I am Servsafe Certified and am also a proctor of ServSafe and can assign on-line courses and on-line exams.
Completing store visits forms, with priorities for completion.
Completing Development Plans on managers
Completing Quarterly Inspections designed to evaluate all aspects of the operations.
Administrative responsibilities include: Weekly P&L Statements, Development Plans, Monthly P&Ls, Weekly Planning, Payroll reviews, and accuracy of Daily sales numbers. Setting up purveyors upon the purchase of new stores.
