I have 2 Year 3 month working experience since august 2014 to November 2016 with McNroe consumer products Pvt Ltd Haridwar as a Q.C Chemist & Soap manufacturing chemist. Manufacturer of Wild Stone Soap, Glycerin Soap, Shaving cream, Shaving gel, wild Stone & Secret Talk powder .

Presently working with RCM GROUP (Spring Dell) Raipur Bhagwanpur since NOV 2016 to till now as a Manufacturing Chemist. manufacturer of Toilet soap, Dental cream, Shampoo, Shaving Cream, Hand wash, Hair oil, etc.

I have done R & D of Transparent & Toilet Soap.

Research and development upon Saponification Reaction, Colour, perfume Devlopmention.

Calculating yield, water loss, Standard weight of cake from dye, and calculate sludge in every step.

Chemically Analysis of Raw material, Finished Goods, Water.

Analysis of packing materials.

Knowledge of Quality, mfg, Store & Production Documentation.

Manufacturing of Lab Trial and plant Batch For R& D.

Working criteria:

Chemically Analysis of D.M & ETP water- COD, pH,chloride,hardness, TDS, Conductivity, etc.

Knowledge of Assay analysis of RM material.

FG Analysis of personal & home care Product.- Shampoo, hair oil, face wash,conditioner, talk powder, glycerin & toilet soap, tooth paste, shaving cream, shaving gel, body lotion.

House Keeping of the Lab as per 5 S Checklists.

Knowledge of SOP,Sampling of Raw material, packing materials and buk.

Knowledge of SOP of Instrument handling & Calibration.

Internal Calibration of instruments like Weighing Balance, Refratometer, Brookfield viscometer, Melting Point Apparatus, pH meter. C.V. Meter, melting point apparatus, karl fischer titter, TDS & Conductivity meter,muffle furnace, spectrophotometer, tintometer, bursting strength meter, glass wares, thermometer, etc

Preparation and Maintenance of the Records related to quality.

Preparation of volumetric solutions and their Standardization like as NaoH, Hcl,STS, AgNO3, E.D.T.A, PbNO3, Hymine,H2SO4, Ammonium thyocynate, cerric ammonium sulphate, iodine, perchloric acid, ferrous ammonium sulphate, etc which required in analysis.

Preparation Presentation & Lecture on GLP,GMP & Store Management .

Internal Audits like BSR audit, Process audit, Hygiene audit etc.

Preparation of Document at Microsoft Excel & Word.

Handling of Instruments.
