Experience:
I work closely with the Physician and staff to maintain a safe environment for the patients. Receive incoming calls to ensure the correct schedule for the Patients. Maintain an open communication with the staff to ensure proper registration. Acknowledge, file and send MOX messages
I edit claims and send any adjustments. Enter any procedures that have been recommended by the doctor for the patient. Pull route sheets and seat the patients accordingly. Return router slips to the front office staff when completed. Work clinical accounts at least a day ahead of time to make sure of accuracy.
Attend presentations held at the office and at other locations to better my skills and knowledge of patient services. Demonstrate knowledge of reporting systems, and knowledge of patient safety, I practice and adhere to the Code of conduct.
