• Abstract:-Industrial Heating & Mixing Process Control Using Arduino Controller and Visualization in SCADA.

• Description:- This project is basically based on industrial processes heating and mixing which use in plastic, chemical and color industries.

• In our project passing the inputs to the tanks, so as to constantly maintain a particular temperature, level in the tank. SCADA is used to monitor the tank temperature, water level using sensors and the corresponding output is given to the ARDUINO which controls the tank temperature, level.

• If the temperature and level inside the tank exceeds the predefined value then the valve closed and heater off .

• During the project I was learned about Arduino controller interface to different component like relay, solenoid valve, temperature sensor, heater & also learned about reliance scada.

EXPERIENCE:

• Currently I am as a Electrical And Automation Maintenance Engineer at Essar Steel Pvt. Ltd, Surat from past 6 month .

• In Essar steel I am E & A Maintenance Engineer at Cold Rolling Mill Tandem plant

(CTCM).

• Visited Nirma Ltd, Bhavnagar.
