AIESEC, National Office, Serbia
AIESEC is the world’s largest student-run organization that provides volunteering and
professional internships for young people. I have been responsible for financial area starting
from financial sustainability and management, grant management, know-how and education
for successors. Main tasks and achievements:
Financial management – 119 % budget fulfillment,6 months of reserves made, new
financial model of AIESEC Serbia established for sustainability.
Grant management - €25.000 raised from Serbian Government of Youth for 3
projects, gained accreditation for European volunteering service .
Education - project manager of 7 days national conference for AIESEC members, alumni,
corporate and non - corporate partners: 363 people attended, leadership pipeline
improved, expanded partnership day for 2 companies.
Leadership - participating in defining a strategic direction of AIESEC Serbia, leading 7
Head of Finance on Local level.
