As a part of a team, we worked for a client to develop a conceptual design over the course of fall semester. This design is a pump that monitors various electrical and mechanical variables that can predict a pump failure before is actually occurs.

Emerson Climate Technologies Dayton, OH January 2017- April 2017

Senior Design Project

Provides global solutions to improve human comfort, safeguard food, and protect the environment.

As a part of a team, we collaborated with Emerson to test temperature sensors that were placed in walk-in coolers and freezers. Several Emerson clients requested the services that automatically recorded temperatures within these walk-ins. The team found and installed sensors in campus walk-ins and used data to generate reports for the university kitchen staff.

CLS Direct Columbus, OH May 2013-August 2013

Furniture Deliverer and Builder

Specializes in high quality kitchen cabinets, living room furniture, living room groups, bedroom furniture for Columbus, Ohio area.

Built cabinets at the factory and installed on-site. Delivered furniture in a local area and occasionally to sites hours away.

Developed relationships with customers during on-site constructions since we were welcomed into their home.

Prader-Willi Syndrome Camp

Similar to Muscular Dystrophy Camp, but for those with different special needs and disabilities. Instead of being paired with a camper I do not normally, I was a counselor for my little brother.

Accomplishments

JETS TEAMS Engineering Competition

National Championship (2012) and Best in State (OH) (2012 & 2013). A group of aspiring engineers combined their knowledge to solve both conceptual and analytical engineering based problems.
