Tasks and Duties

Managed Infrastructure team which was composed of 8 members. Coordinated project staffing needs around the day to day operations of the infrastructure team.

Lead department functions for improving system reliability, data interchange and system upgrades.

Developed written procedures for the recovery of all data center system after a failure. Coordinated the testing of these procedures for accuracy on a regular basis.
