May 2006 – May 2009 – Records Coordinator @ The Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort – Maintain all personnel files for over 600 team members. Update data in PeopleSoft software on all team members. Call on references for personnel joining our team. Work closely with Paymaster to insure all new information is documented and received. I complete monthly reports to Management. Maintain food handler’s cards for all food & beverage departments. Complete meeting notes, projects, etc. via word, excel, etc.

October 2005 – May 2006 – Receptionist/Office Coordinator @ Barkley Communications – Answer all incoming calls. Send out daily mailing projects. Maintain multiple mailing database lists. Schedule meetings & complete meeting notes. Maintain phone lists. February 2004 – April 2005 – Communications Manager @ Pointe Hilton @ Squaw Peak - Manage Communications Department with 10 Resort Operators. Group Phone Set ups, Maintain Budgets, etc. Work and maintain all telecommunications equipment at the Resort. Assist in answering switchboards.
