Doubled team size in support of very challenging program that became a highlight product during the company acquisition.

Organized alternative assembly and test processes to accelerate time-to-market of major program launches. Businesses realized $M’s of revenue; months before production-ready.

Managed board designers and layout team to release seven boards to fabrication in one month.

Delivered clean-sheet new-platform design for production on aggressive milestone date. Re-tasked the diagnostics team and produced early ESW feature code. Product realized $10M incremental revenue, due to early release.

Took under-estimated task-list and mapped-out the actual project. Managed product design and implementation for this $15M project that established the company as an industry H.264 leader.

Identified need for an FPGA design and Verification groups. Built an environment that produced modular, repeatable, documented and verifiable outputs, doubling design output.

Identified quantified flaw in new chip and initiated fix. Convinced client to continue production. Trusted and timely communication yielded $50M order within 45 minutes of notification.

Embraced challenge of obtaining a lead-client in a new market segment. Defined client’s specifications and developed products. Led engineering and marketing staff to obtain contract. Group developed multiple products and was sold for $100M.
