In this company my duty is to help adults and also kids with English. By that I mean correcting their pronunciation, grammar, helping them with new vocabulary. Encourage them all the time. Sometimes when student, especially younger student, is not interested in lesson you need to present that lesson in different and fun way, through games and stories. Also you need to be very patient with each student. To understand that this is for them new and scary step and to help them if they feel insecure about learning English. Education
