Executive consultant director to CEO to manage a new Industrial/Commercial solutions program entitled Strategic Solution Selling whereby specific candidates were recruited from universities that have accredited engineering, industrial distribution, and/or sales focused degree programs from Texas A&M, University of Washington, University of North Carolina and Florida State University.
