Had been deployed at Descon Oxychem (H2O2 Hydrogen Peroxide) for 4 year to attend commissioning where I was responsible for installation, loop checking, troubleshooting & maintenance of DCS yokogawa CS-3000 & also for calibration/maintenance of all plant instruments daily, weekly, monthly and annually basis and to prepare the reports.

Attended the major shutdown of Dolphen Energy, Qatar to perform the Installation, loop troubleshooting, calibration of instrument and PSVs.

Attending the monthly routine visits to Dewan Petrolium Limited (Salsabeel Oil Field), Pakistan Petrolium Ltd. (Adhi Gas Field & Chachar Gas Field), Schlumberger Oil Company for maintenance and calibration of Gas metering system, including transmitters, chart recorder and control valve.

Attended the major shutdown of Uch Power Plant, Pakistan and performed the calibration of all type of Transmitters of whole plant e.g. Level Tx, Flow Tx, Temperature Tx, Pressure Tx, Switch and Control valves and calibration and installation of Bentley 3300 Proximity Transducer System.

Attended the Shutdown of OMV (Rahmet Gas Field) as Third Party Inspector for witnessing the calibration, maintenance of Instrument, PSV, PRV and PVRV.
