Set-up a robust FM Helpdesk capability with N+3 redundancy, alongwith negotiating a commercially viable solution with

the software vendor which includes financial and operational benefits to the business

Introduced ISO accredited systems from the AUS division to the GCC division and amended to suit the operating business

in this region, including recently introducing SFG20 Standards for Technical Services and BISCs for Soft Services
