I addressed all changes to design and project scope through a change management process which was instrumental in the performance of the Chevron and Baker Hughes projects.

I was awarded for excellence in execution of critical anti-collision monitoring on Exxon Mobil and Total projects eliminating risk to life and making project execution possible.

I was awarded in recognition of excellence in securing a nuclear source through thorough planning, risk mitigation, and communication.

Logistics & Supply Chain management:

Successfully delivered corporate cost reduction initiatives by negotiating contracts and improving delivery of services through higher engagements and tighter performance controls.

Senior Project Engineer – Chevron Corp. [2013 – 2016]

Provided engineering, project management and delivered on project budgets of $250MM.

Under my leadership and through strategic planning, risk management, problem-solving, schedule management and change management, PSWB Project was executed safely and delivered within 3% of estimated time and 10% of budget estimates and additionally delivered 85% higher value through high-risk situations.

Delivered a step change in SBWA Project performance through meticulous project planning, engineering, risk assessment, prioritization, resource planning and effective communication adding 30% higher value, 45% reduction in time and 50% improved productivity from previous attempts.

Played a crucial role in the introduction of a key company-wide process called WellSafeTM and its deployment to the team.
