Senior Nurse in Neonatal Unit

Critical thinking and Decision making.

Perform procedure such as insertion of Intravenous Cannula

Administer medications that requires intensive monitoring, such as Inotropic, vasodilators and sedative

Evaluate any change in critical patient conditions and make quick decision in response to the changing conditions of the patient.
