Description : As a trainee I have done my internship on wire rod mill in steel plant vizag and I have learnt how to produce wire rods of different cross sections by using different cross section of roller mills and I have visited many departments in steel plant like R.M.H.P, coke wovens,sinter palnt, Blast furnace, steel melt shop,foundry.

PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN

Project 1: Delta ceramic 3D Printer

Objective : To manufacture complex objects accurately with in a short span of time

Description : 3D Printer is a additive manufacturing process our main aim to Design and fabrication of delta ceramic 3d printer . to manufacture any 3d components firstly we need 3d cad model then this 3D CAD should exported into stereolithography (stl) file. This stl file should be imported into cura software which generates G-codes and M-codes this codes should be feeded into sd card module so the extruder moves according to the codes so ultimately 3D component will be manufactured.

Project 2 : E-Bike From June 2016-July 2016

Objective : To provide better efficiency by decreasing weight of the vehicle

Description: we have built bike by using aluminium seem less tubes 6063 it provides good weldability and good strength and we have used lithium ion batteries of 12volts . It is environment friendly there is no emissions or poisonous gases from the system.

Project 3 : Automatic side stand for Bike

Objective: To reduce accidents in the absence of Human mind

Description: We have manufactured automatic side by using servo motor. When the self button is pressed back side of self-button push button is placed and this push button activates servo motor start rotating in anticlockwise direction so the side stand comes to rest. when the bike is locked at the lock place another push button has been placed which makes the servo motor to rotate in clockwise direction so the side stand comes contact with the ground.

Appreciation by Pro chancellor of lovely professional university and chairman of sokhi industries for recognizing and solving the pain area facing by sokhi steels private limited.
