United Airlines was issued a single operating certificate with the former Continental Airlines, meaning both airlines are now technically one airline and thereby marking the end of Continental Airlines. Working with United to develop, enhance and support maintenance repair and overhaul related IT applications.

I am responsible for all project Designing and documentations and served as a primary liaison between the IT Management, business team and the project team by assisting in identifying, understanding, and documenting their business needs.
