I've worked in almost every form of customer service. This includes call centers, front and back desk offices, restaurants and retail. I pride myself on naturally being a calm and happy person. This attribute also assists me in getting along well with co-workers. I'm also able to put myself in the client or customer's position,which helps me de-escalate any problems. I understand time is also a measure of productivity therefore I'm able to work fast but efficiently.

This job was at a clinic. My responsibilities were to be on the phone calling patients who's missed, canceled or rescheduled their appointments. I would call them to confirm and try to reschedule of they were not already. I had to deal with very upset patients while also keeping up with a high reschedule rate. I succeeded. I left this job because I wanted to focus on my final semester as a sophomore in college.

This was a part time job I worked with my in laws. The responsibilities included running the register, stocking cooler, making ice bags, cleaning and helping customers. I surpassed these responsibilities and, at times, would take over managerial duties like inventory count and payroll. I maintained this job throughout the years alongside college and other jobs. 11/2014 to 05/2015 Customer service Rep.

This job was for a call center who housed many different companies. I worked for a mailed prescription medication company called OptumRx. Job requirements included being able to talk to customers while navigating through the computer. De-escalating customer problems or solving customer problems. Properly notating the account and keeping a professional attitude. I left this job because unfortunately I had to leave to Africa for a family emergency. 10/2013 to 10/2014 Clerk

Mainly labor work and heavy lifting. It was an inspection line for auto parts. Stand, inspect, clean, box and store in storage. Leaving that job was a decision not a request.

Evergreen Note Serviving [Office Team] - Sumner, WA This was a customer service position pertaining to assisting with, setting up or closing clients accounts. Day to day functions included analyzing/solving cliental concerns, emailing, mailing and faxing account information, accessing multiple programs while talking on the phone and leaving notes on the account. I received 10 hours of training for this position. I quickly excelled and became one of the top employees with great reviews and special request to only speak with me from cliental. Unfortunately I couldn't see myself in the company's future for more business ethical reasons and I resigned a week before my official hiring. 2012 High School Diploma
