CORNELL ELECTRONIC RULEMAKING INITIATIVE (CeRI)

the requirements of the Administrative Procedure Act. My responsibilities included research, writing memoranda/white

papers, summarizing legal changes and preparing grant material for presentation to the Department of Transportation.
