Reliability Engineer, BP Alaska

Responsible for leading all reliability incident investigations, and the implementation of the 5whys methodology for every lost production incidents.

Performed implementation and coaching of the 5 Whys investigation method for every production incident creating the habit within the maintenance and operations team to initiate the 5 whys within 24 hours of incident.
