Daily operational support for over 300 full-time employees in the following area:

Benefit Administration and Analysis: management of benefit process from the broker

relationship to the rollout to the employees. Currently administer a benefit platform that

contains 3 fully-funded health options, a self-funded dental program, HSA accounts, FSA

accounts, life insurance plans, and voluntary plans. Responsible for a monthly reconcile of

benefits to general ledger.

401(k) Administration: management of 401(k) plan with a current account balance of over $8 million.

Responsible for employee enrollment, payroll processing of deferrals and loan payments,

processing of plan options (loans, hardships, and distributions), maintaining of Trustees records,

SPD, and amendments when needed. Responsible for coordination of annual audit, testing

(ADP/ACP) and census data. Responsible for vendor relationships with 401(k) attorney, plan

custodian, auditors, and third party administrator.

Compensation and Analysis: responsible for the administration of salary and wage programs for wide

variety of positions. Conducts analysis of wage ranges, current market data, and guidelines.

Creates pay plan models that include compensation components of base wage, commissions,

and monthly, quarterly, or annual bonuses.

Employee Development and Training: responsible for internal training programs, such as sensitivity

(sexual harassment) training and new supervisor training. Responsible for external training from

scheduling to documentation. Responsible for creation of industry specific and generic

evaluations and subsequent record keeping required. Maintain all job descriptions and audit as

needed for updates and classification changes.

Recruitment: responsible for the sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring of candidates.

Responsible for the creation of engaging ads and for maintaining vendor relationships with

recruitment partners, including the use of methods such as internet (company and third party

sites), print ads, referrals, job fairs, etc.

Safety, OSHA, and Workers Compensation Administration: responsible for broker relationship,

workers compensation claims management, and administration of safety policies in coordination

with safety coordinator. Responsible for appropriate employee training, annual reporting

requirements, hearing representation, and monthly reports to management staff regarding

bottom line costs accessed to their departments for safety and workers compensation claims

costs.

Unemployment Claims Management: responsible for vendor relationship with unemployment

attorney. Attend hearings as needed and track costs associated with unemployment claims.

Processing New Hires and Terminations: responsible for complete new hire process that includes

application, reference checking, driving/insurability check, credit check, insights testing, job offer

and orientation. Responsible for termination process that includes exit interview, property check-

in, and applicable plan information (COBRA, 401k, HSA and FSA).

Payroll Processing and Administration: responsible for entering and maintaining of employee data.

Responsible for extraction of employee data as needed through queries and reports including

monthly expense presentation and employee head count reports.

Daily Management and Leadership of 2 Human Resources Personnel, 8 Reception Staff and a shared

over site of Payroll with the Chief Executive Officer.
