Managed PMO of 44 various tools and applications, supporting end-to-end process of IBM Application Innovation Cloud Services (AICS) organization. Delivered Agile, Waterfall, and ongoing support projects with overall budget of $3.6M that included 68 multi-national resources, and maintained critical function required to run the business.

Managed risks, issues, and schedules, ensuring appropriate tool function was delivered.
