o Study the Effect of ID50 Value of Drug Naphthaquinone on PC3 Cell line. o FITC-ANNEXIN staining and Determination of Apoptosis. o Hoechst staining.and Conformation of Apoptosis.

o To Identify The Pathogenic Organism which cause Asthma o To Identify the Anti Microbial Activity of Adathoda vasica against Asthmatic Pathogen.

o To Study the Effect of Plant Growth Regulators for the Induction of Callus. o To Study the Effect of Abiotic Elicitors for the improvement of Secondary Metabolites Production.

o To Standardize the Media Composition for the In-vitro Conservation. o Idea of the project.

o Performed all tests and works including;

Media preparation, Heat inactivation of FBS, Cell reviving, Cell maintenance, Media change, Subculture /Passaging.

Freezing the mammalian cells (liquid nitrogen).

Cells counting by haemocytometer.
