Resume:

Dear Sir,

Good day! I hope this reaches you in perfect timing. I am currently looking for a senior finance or general management opportunity and I am available immediately for employment.

I am a seasoned CPA with 17 years of experience on various industries but mainly in the energy industry for 13 years. I have international (SEA and Australasia) experience as a Financial Controller/Commercial Manager for about 5 years working for CAPE PLC, an international leader in the provision of critical industrial services principally to the energy and natural resources sectors. I went back to the Philippines after and became the CFO/Controller of Ventech Engineers in the Philippines for 5 years. They provide engineering and design services to Oil and Gas and Energy firms globally. My vast experience and network led me to establish my own consultancy firm (Clap Tactical Consultants-formerly Technical Resource Solutions) and it is now running smoothly headed by a competent General Manager I have hired. My company provides services for accounting, taxation, hr and legal projects for international companies. Since it is a start up company, I want the profits of my firm solely dedicated for growing the business without any of my personal expenses as a burden. I am therefore committed to looking for a full time job and I guarantee that my consultancy firm will not hinder with my dedication as my firm is running on its own without or minimal supervision.

I am not your regular finance guy sitting on a desk just doing reports. I have excellent business acumen and entrepreneurial drive and I treat every company I work for as if it was my own, applying due diligence, prudence, and business savviness to help it grow. I am a true business partner to the CEO/General Manager helping him on critical decisions that affect the future of all stakeholders. I can handle all operations from the front line to the back office departments (Finance, HR, Admin, IT, Legal) while the General Manager/CEO concentrates on the most important thing, GROWING THE BUSINESS. I am able to write, close, and implement project contracts and I usually get tasked with talking to clients on contractual/commercial matters. This adds to my ability to handle the front line side of the business too.

I have strong contacts with Department of Energy and, therefore, this gives me an advantage in positioning with local energy projects.

I am strong in doing financing deals with banks, Government bodies and external clients (direct client, auditors, suppliers). I also carry on my arsenal the vast network I have gained through the years.

I am able to design an accounting system (with a partner programmer) from scratch. Therefore, since every system uses the same logic, I am able to use any accounting or reporting software with ease. I have good working knowledge with Sage, Sap, BPCS, Hyperion, Quickbooks and Peachtree.

Kindly see the details of my experience in the attached resume.

Hoping to get feedback from your esteemed company soon.

Yours truly,

John
