Tax associate

I became a tax associate for H and R block in DEC of 2014, i wanted to better understand how my own taxes where done and the tax system.

first day of work was Jan, 9th 2015

As a tax associate I did tax returns, with that being said, I as a first year tax associate did far more

Taxes then the normal tax associate. Most only complete 5 to 10 tax returns where as I did 154 tax returns my first year and I not only did the normal uncomplicated tax returns, but also did allot of business returns for self employed as well as partnership returns and MFS, MFJ,

My specialty is doing more complected issues for clients, and getting the best outcome all the way

Around. I was also the market manager for the offices I worked at. I drove in clients to H and H block offices where i worked as well as went to events and set up photo ops and client meetings in

The field. I set up displays and promotions for the office, and greeted clients.

Explained in detail what they could expect and how it all worked and made them feel at home.

In one office while I (wasn't) the manager I did do the scheduling for clients and work scheduled for

Other staff in the office, as well as handled the office with full authority as ( assistant manager) again

Above average for a first year tax associate.

I took the 2016 season off to move to Nebraska where I have friends due to my father passing in April of 2015.

§ I was a direct support staff for clients with in their own homes. I was i charge of day to day care of the clients. Took care of all their needs from travel to setting appointments, as well as shopping cleaning cooking, medications and personal life choices, helping them make a better life and having a full and healthy life style.

While I did enjoy my time with the clients at going places, It was not what I loved to do

Costumers that most managers didn't want to deal with as they where at times highly irate.

I was very good at dealing with clients and solving problems in my 19 months with Walmart

I was pulled to the side by the then store manager Larry Limpkin and told how much he liked the

Way I handled customers service that I provided and that my work was impeachable with clients and to details of the day to day running of the connection center, thus he gave most of the manager duties for connection center and electronics to me to deal with so that the actual manager had more time to deal with other issues.

I left Walmart when My store manager left, Larry was a great friend and mentor, and is still greatly missed at the store. His advice to me when he left was not to waist time at walmart

As he believed I was far better suited for bigger and better things. Where I would have a greater chance to become owner of my own company or office.

As directorate of Ag, my duties required me to put together projects as the board

Of directors deemed a positive and needed aspect to what they where going to do,

Projects ranged from feeding the masses in a time of great distress to breeding programs that would insure the survival of the human race should the world actually become devoid of most of the life we now have.

Animals where selected and a program put into place that would insure their survival via frozen embryos and live breeding programs in an undisclosed underground facility.

As well as all the equipment and man power that would be required to handle and complete

Such a project.

To put all project in front of Government panels for funding and approval.

I did three projects one for animals, one for Humans, and one for Plants.

I was a private contractor and left once my contracts where full filled.
