I have 29 years progressive experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control across numerous disciplines/areas. Direct experience includes Procurement Quality Assurance Systems and Administrations, Quality Assurance Compliance –Quality Audits, Notice of Escapes and field investigations, Quality Control Inspection Process. • Provide support to the quality organization and related business units in the understanding and application of regulatory requirements and guidance material pertaining to Title 14 (CFR) Code of Federal Regulations.

• Perform quality audits on schedule to evaluate and compare the process and product activities to the Quality and Engineering requirements pertaining to Title 14 (CFR) Code of Federal Regulations.

• Review and approve all Corrective Action Plans for audit findings ensuring implementation will prevent recurrence.

• Approve vendors prior to procurement releasing active purchase orders.

• Support Repair Station audits by the FAA and other Civil Aviation Authorities.

• Review and update Customer surveys for the Product Support group.

• Assign quality codes/clauses to BOM and/or PO’s per quality requirements, using engineering data and approve suppliers within the applicable computer system.

• Actively work field investigations and Notice of Escapes (NOE) that are sent to us from our suppliers.

• Assist with writing Delegated Supplier Approval (DSA) and Product Manufacture Approval (PMA) Assist letters to our vendors.

• Update and monitor the Risk Assessment tool for Product Support Vendors.

• Actively involved in testing and implementation of SAP for Product Support and also Corridor V11.

• Trained and Stamp certified to assist with QCIP (Quality Control Inspection Process) for the review and release of Quality Inspection plans for products being built for spares in plant.

• Represent our Department in RQATT.
