Project Description: The Project involves air-conditioning and ventilation system of GENERAL SECRETARIAT BUILDING FOR SUPREME COUNCIL FOR PLANNING at Al Khuwair, Muscat, Sultanate Of Oman has been designed to achieve the LEED v3 BD+C, GOLD Rating under the US Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED).Project includes multiple air-cooled screw chillers, chilled water Air Handling units, Fan coil units, Chilled water circulating primary and secondary pumps, ventilation of toilets/pantries/Kitchen, Elec. panel room, Pump room etc. All the Office areas like Conference, Seminar, Meeting rooms, Director rooms, DG’s Cabin, Secretary are designed Air conditioning at (23 +/- 2 ºC) RH (50% +/- 10%), Mechanical Plant rooms, Pump room & Electrical Panel room are designed at (24 +/- 2 ºC) RH Around 60%. For the Baseline to measure energy efficiency meets ANSI/ASHRAE/IENSA Standard 90.1-2010. For Minimum indoor air quality Performance meets ASHRAE Standard 62.1-2010. All equipments selected shall be suitable for continuous operation at ambient temperature upto 55 C.
Total connected load is 3185.2 KW. 4nos. Chillers of 796.3 KW capacity each shall be located in the chiller yard. Primary Pumps (4 duty + 1 standby) & Secondary Pumps (4 duty + 1 standby) and other ancillary equipments shall be located in the pump room proposed to be constructed adjacent to the chiller yard. Chilled water between the chiller yard & CHW pump room and between the CHW pump room & General Secretariat Building for Supreme Council shall be carried in pre-insulated buried pipes. These pre-insulated chilled water pipes shall continue upto the first valve in the AHU room and CHW pump room. Rest of the CHW piping within the AHU room & CHW pump room shall be post insulated seamless mild steel pipes. All CHW piping above the false ceiling or on the roof shall be post insulated seamless mild steel pipes with canvas clothing, vapour barrier and aluminum cladding etc. Pressure Independent Type Variable Air Volume (VAV) units provided for all areas.

Chilled water between the chiller yard & CHW pump room and between the CHW pump room & Administrative court Building shall be carried in pre-insulated buried pipes. Project Description: Project involves Air conditioning and ventilation of New Typhoon Facilities for RAFO Adam Airbase to accommodate 12 Eurofighter Typhoon multirole fighter aircrafts, which includes construction of 22 Buildings
Like Maintenance Hanger, Typhoon Support, Squadron HQ, Accommodation, Fuel Safe Hanger, Supply logistics store, Facilities Management and Data Center. All the Office areas are designed Air conditioning at (22 +/- 2 ºC), Stores, Mechanical Plant rooms are designed at (24 +/- 2 ºC)and Server,SCR/SAF and Flying Clothing areas are designed at (20 +/- 2 ºC).
The total capacity of this project is 13900 KW. Air conditioning and ventilation system for this project provided Heat Exchangers and chilled water pumps for every building in Mechanical Plant rooms. Chilled water from the disticrt cooling pipes of “Delta T” 8 ºC comes to the Valve chambers, and from valve chambers internal chilled water pipes connect to heat exchangers and chilled water pumps serves the chilled water for Recirculated Ahus, 100% fresh Ahus, HRW Ahus, Ceiling Suspended type Recirculated ahus, Ducted type Fcus, Free Discharge type Fcus,ATEX rated Fcus and Ducted mounted cooling coils. And for stand by we provided DX outdoor units for Ahus and Fcus. DX split units are provided for SCR / SAF and Server rooms as a stand by. And for Mechanical Ventilation System Centrifugal Duct Inline tube fans, Centrifugal Boxed twin fans, ATEX rated Long case Axial Fans, Wall Mounted Fans and Exract fans are provided for all pantry areas, Toilets, Welding areas, Workshop, Loading areas, Battery rooms, FM 200, Compressor rooms, Electrical plant,mechanical plant, Disabled WC and Level Loading Bay (Vehicle Extract).

The total capacity of this project is 1950KW. Air conditioning and ventilation system for this project is proposed 3 Nos air cooled chillers (2D+1S), and 4 Nos (3D+1S) Primary and secondary pumps each. And 2 Nos air handling units are provided for Each floor which works conjuction with chilled water. Cabinet type wall mounted Fcus are provided for all the Ahu rooms and Mechanical Plant room. Precision control air condtioining units are provided for Server rooms & Patch panel rooms. Fresh air supply fans are provided for all the Ahus. Centrifugal Smoke extract fans for Stair case & Atrium and Mixed flow ducted fresh air fans for Stair cases. And Extract fans are provided for the Toilets and Pantry areas.

Air conditoining designed for all the accomodation rooms at temp at (22 +/- 2 ºC) and RH (50% +/- 10%). And for central kitchen and laundry designed at (23 +/- 2 ºC) and RH around 60%. And Mechanical ventilation designed as per ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 62.1 codes.
The total capacity of this project is 7000KW. Air conditioning and ventilation system proposed for this project is Fan coil units are provided for the Accomodation rooms, Dining rooms, Super markets which works conjuction with district cooling chilled water. And air handling units and fresh air Ahus are provided for the Central kitchen and Laundry. Centrifugal Inline Fresh air fans are provided for kitchen and Bifurcated centrifugal Inline fans are provided for Vapour hood in kitchen area. And for Stores, Electrical rooms at temp (24ºC) and RH 60%, Noise level restricted upto NC 30 for office, halls etc. As per ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 62.1.codes we designed fresh air and Ventilation areas.
The total capacity of the project is 3500 Kw. Air condtioning system for this project proposed VRF system for all the office areas with cassette type units and Ducted split units, Split units will serve the Bed rooms, Living rooms and Gym area etc. And for Kitchen and toilets areas provided with Inline ducted extract fans, Wall mounted extract fans and for car parking in basement floor provided smoke extract jet fans.

The total capacity of the project is 680 KW. Air conditoing and ventilation system for this project provided Re-circulation Ahu’s for Cafeteria, Fresh air Ahu’s for kitchen and Toilet areas. And Ceiling Suspended ducted & Wall mounted units for cafeteria, Dry stores, Dish wash area, Electrical room and Lift lobby. All the system works in conjuction with DX units. Fresh air and Ventilation for Kitchen and toilets area are provided Inline ducted extract fans and Ducted Kitchen Supply and Extract Centrifugal fans.

Project Description: Project involves Air conditioning and ventilation of HYDERABAD CENTRAL UNIVERSITY at gachibowli, Hyderabad. The Project consists of G+2 floors with basement. And each floor consists of 4 blocks. Each block consists of various departments like (Cabins, Conference rooms, Meeting rooms, Server rooms, Exam section & Work Stations) and all air conditioning areas designed inside conditions at 73 +/- 2ºF and RH not exceeding 60%. And for Server rooms at 73 +/- 2º F. And internal loads for lighting 1.5 W / Sq.ft, and Mechanical ventilation for areas like Pantry & Toilets designed at 15 air changes per hour.
The total capacity of the project is 2100 KW. For this project VRF system is proposed for Cabins, Meeting rooms & Work stations, etc in all floors from ground to second floors. VRF Cassettes and Hi Wall units are proposed for all the areas to operate independently when the areas are occupied. VRF ceiling mounted indoor units are proposed for the services areas. And for the Basement cafeteria and server rooms are air conditioned with DX Ductable and package units. Central monitoring unit is proposed to monitored & operate all the indoor and outdoor units of VRF System a part from operation from local remote. It is proposed 6 (5W+1S) Water Cooled centrifugal chillers with Variable Speed Drive of each capacity 2460 KW, And Zoning for chilled water Secondary pumping System. Zone-1–Hospital Building, Zone-2–Academic & hostel building. These Water chilling machines works in conjunction with 6 No’s, Primary Chilled water Pump sets (one as Stand by), 6 Nos., Condenser Water Pump Sets (one as standby), 4 Secondary Chilled Water Pump Sets for each zone I(one as standby), 3 Secondary Chilled Water Pump Sets for each zone II (one as standby) along with 6 Nos., Cooling Towers (one as standby), 2 Nos., Hot Water Generator (1W+1S) for RH Control, 2 Nos., Hot Water Pumps (1W+1S) for RH Control. The high side system works in conjunction with double skinned Ahu’s and Fcu’s. Inline fans are proposed for all the toilets ventilation and for kitchen ventilation proposed Air washers & scrubbers.
