Managed ninety-seven drivers in all aspects of account night operations; responsible for Level of Service (LOS) of over ninety-nine (99) percent on-time deliveries, coordinated emergency situations, planned and executed operations with customer representatives, backhaul, van, and Intermodal operations; contributed to the account’s current record of two-million accident free miles.
