ResponsibiIities incIude but not Iimited to:

• Coordinate with all parties including constructability review and design management team so our contract documents are accurate and complete prior to advertising to bid.

• Compile all plans, specifications and documents necessary for advertising each project.

• Work with the Project Managers on project budget issues (verifying budgets for additional Task Orders needed for IOR, A/E, and additional design services.

• Develops fair cost estimates, negotiates costs and writes change orders.

• Assist in review of submittal procedures, RFIs, and monthly invoice. Logs & tracks all Change Orders in Primavera Expedition.

• Conduct Weekly Owner, Architect and Contractor project meetings on site to review all aspects of the project.

• Work with IOR and contractor to resolve all NCIL and punchlist items throughout the project.

• Coordinate with OAR to establish and maintain all project controls, and necessary information for budgets, contracts, change orders, schedule modification and actual costs.

• Review all month pay application for accuracy and verify completion of work being billed.

El Camino College, Bond Program, Torrance, CA $400M Managed projects through a $400 million capital construction bond program at El Camino Community College District, Torrance, CA. Responsible for all phases of a capital construction project; develop and manage a project budget and schedule, define project scopes, initiate RFP/RFQ process and assist in the selection of professional services, prepare consultant contracts, facilitate programming with the user groups, generate pre-construction estimates, provide value engineering, perform constructability reviews, coordinate bid documents, assist with the bidding process, manage construction activities, oversight of document control and administer project close-out.

• Social Science Building Project consist of demolition, renovation/modernization of an existing 31,000 SF building. Technological systems were installed in all classrooms to create smart classrooms. The project also included ADA compliance upgrades and new HVAC, data and fire alarm systems. Campus Wide Infrastructure Upgrades and Electrical/Data Conversion: Converting entire campus from 5KV to 12KV electrical services and installation of new data lines, including new transformers, high/low voltage cabling and new electrical panels.

• Campus Wide Logistics Planning- Ensure the development, maintenance and enforcement of each project site logistics plan/ temporary facilities plan on all projects so the pathway for students and construction on multiple projects was up to date at all times avoiding any conflicts. Revit was used for creating the Logistics Plan of the entire campus and site specific plans.
