Responsible for delivery of Executive system support to 350 Executives and Administrators.

Managed Galileo corporate network and systems. Led a team of 65 technical staff, delivering 99% network/system availability.

Directed project NOVA for Travelport EUC which was the separation of Cendant within the 4 business pillars. Successfully separated Travelport with no outages or impact to the business.
