Cell Culture: Preparation and sterilization of animal cell culture medium, Microscopy slide setfor mammalian cell lines,seeding,culture and splitting of cell lines, cryopreservation of cell lines,cell proliferation.

Microbiology:Different types of Media preparation; Maintenance of basic microbial cultures; General staining techniques; Isolation of microbes from water, soil & food; Plasmid DNA & genomic DNA isolation; Plating, streaking.

Molecular Biology:DNA, RNA, Protein isolation from tissue, blood,scrape samples; DNA isolation and Purification from human blood and quantification of DNA by spectrophotometer .

Immunology and Proteomics: 2D-gel electrophoresis,Blood group typing, Isolate and amplify proto-oncogene through PCR.

Bioinformatics: to retrieve out nucleotide/protein sequences information from GenBank and PDB, similarity searches on nucleotide/amino acid sequence. Multiple sequence alignment on amidases, nitrilases.

Plant Biotechnology: M S media preparation, callus propagation organogenesis, transfer of plants to soil, protoplast isolation and culture.
