Motor Winder

Test cut and burn Stator on burning furnace. Take data of stators old winding measurement, remove old winding clean, test, core loss of stators, repair laminations, Insulate, make coils on coil winding machine according to stator size. insert coils in stator, connect winding solder, braze as per original data. Tape or lace, test insulation resistance with magger and low voltage varriac tester, leave for VPI from fractional HP to any size.
