Job Description:

● As Sous Chef I work alongside the Head Chef in the effective running of the Kitchen from one part of our branches of Makati, Trinoma, and Podium to Ayala Cebu. I am Responsible to maintain of profit management, stock, wastage control, hygiene, organization, food standards, observation, training and personnel within the department.

● To give continuous guidance and direction where necessary in order to achieve consistency and high standards of performance and presentation. With being a head or executive the job is challenging but extremely rewarding when kitchen runs smoothly and pleasantly.

● My primary role is to oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in a restaurant.
