Job Description:
● As Sous Chef I work alongside the Head Chef in the effective running of the Kitchen from one part of our branches of Makati, Trinoma, and Podium to Ayala Cebu. I am Responsible to maintain of profit management, stock, wastage control, hygiene, organization, food standards, observation, training and personnel within the department.
