General Manager of Construction Projects
2005 to 2009 (4 years) – Reference: The Rev. Aaron M. Mutlen; Likak Presbyterian Church, Douala, Cameroon.
Direct responsibility to manage all construction and building maintenance projects including the construction of a 1,200-seat church, and a 12-room pastoral manse (~$12M total costs):
Supervised construction operations with a total workforce of more than 500 people including contractors, hired workers, and volunteers;
Successfully organized fundraising and collected additional funds in excess of $50,000;
Worked with the architectural firm on the approval of final plans per local construction codes and ordinances, and secured building permits;

Director of Technology and Business Development
1996-2004 (8 years) – Reference: Mike McLean; VP Business and Technology Development Day International, Inc. - Asheville, NC. Day International’s mission involved the design, development, manufacturing, and commercialization of engineered modules and stand-alone components destined to conventional and high-tech digital printing systems.
Directly contributed to the formation of a newer $3M Digital Image Transfer product-line that was projected to grow to ~$15M to $20M by 2010;
Led the development of unique high-tech digital image transfer products from R&D to manufacturing and system integration (business models, product specifications, design, prototyping, testing, manufacturing processes, etc.);
Within pre-defined annual operating strategies and budgets, hired and managed the R&D and Product/Technology Development team of scientists, engineers, technicians, and administrative assistants;
Concurrently managed multiple projects from inception to full-scale manufacturing;
Traveled extensively to various domestic and international OEM sites (in Germany, Canada, France, Belgium) for joint-venture strategy planning, business negotiations, and project progress reporting;
