Accountant, October/2013 to Date

Functions (Accomplishment):

Reduce the time lag in billing of clients for services render and this resulted in reducing invoice days from five (5) days to two (2)

days. It also resulted in early payment of invoices submitted; this helped in correcting cash flow challenges of the company.

Through early collection of due and overdue debts, it lead in reducing accounts receivables ageing period from 90 days to 30 days.

Introduction of controls and systems to track customers’ orders and follows up on services rendered through proper coordination

and documentation between operations and finance team eliminated losses completely.

Streamlined salary payments with the introduction of salary calendar and this helped the company and employees to

plan well with their finances.
