As the second-shirt Lead Medical Supply Technician in the Directorate of Logistics, I served as the second shift lead for seven personnel in a major military medical facility in transition from a fully-functioning hospital supporting 100,000 beneficiaries and 16 operating rooms providing direct patient care, to closure.
