The University of Phoenix is a private University
founded in 1976. The University offers degrees,
certificates and other programs for working
adults. Courses are taken at various campus
locations throughout the world.
Axia College of University of Phoenix began
operations April 2006 and was an associate degree
granting College of University of Phoenix
through November 2011. Accordingly, some
courses were previously identified as belonging to Axia College in the course title.
All grades and University transcripts are issued by the Registrar’s Office in Phoenix, Arizona.

required course waived with credit.
