B.E PROJECT WORK at “JCB Ltd. Talegaon Plant”

Project Name: Excavator -Turret Machining Area Protection Description:

Problem:-Excavator Turret ring was damaged.

Analysis-When bottom side is for inspection load come on grease cover ring, because of this turret ring damaged.

Solution-Provided support to the turret ring. Support is nothing but 4 hollow rods and 1 ring. Design the ring and rod. Select the material and Manufacture the rigid support. Fit the rigid support on lower using nut and bolt and then trial.

Conclusion:-The turret ring of Excavator is not damaged during inspection. TRAITS
