Assessing both current and future manpower needs of the division and recommending same to the AGM (Group HR) at the Head office for consideration and approval

Provide Administrative support to divisional outlets in various states outside the head office.

Drives and sustains 6’S’ Concept HSE-compliant approach to maintaining safety and healthy workplace

Coordinating quarterly Staff Town Hall Meetings, quarterly Staff Employee Opinion Survey, quarterly Staff Work-Life Balance Get-to-Gether, and various Standard Operating Procedures

(SOPs).

Instituting relevant disciplinary measures at the division

Establishing professional HR services capable of playing proactive roles in the achievement of the company’s business objectives at the factory

Implementing ACSK policies and sustaining the ACSK brand culture to achieve best practice guidance in all aspect of HR in the division.

Ensuring uniform and professional HR practices, policies and standards are established and maintained in the division.
