• I was solely responsible for managing the Unemployment Insurance Claims. I had to research each states specific guidelines, contact their Management Team, and make the official call to recommend an ex-employee receive unemployment benefits, or to deny their claim.

• I assisted with setting up the 401k Accounts after an Employee had worked here for one year

• I was solely responsible for setting up the Insurance Benefits. I needed to meet with all or our Insurance Providers to go over the adjusted rates. I held Webinars to inform the Employees of the changes, I printed and sent out all of the enrollment applications. Once received, I enrolled/made changes for the entire Company.
