Test and Evaluation Engineer (Flight Test Engineering Analysis- Systems)

Actively participates in flight testing, development and certification, in a flying FTE capacity on commercial (737, 767, 777, 787) and military platform (KC-46 tanker). The following systems are some of the various testing performed:

oPrimary & Secondary Hydraulic Systems Operation (Hydraulic system performance).

Tracks the progress of tasks assigned to a specific aircraft and reports completion status.

Reviews results from flight tests. Currently the QuickView focal for FTEA and working on resolving software issues across various test platforms and providing input for improved data review capability for northwest flight test.

Assists Data FTE in data reduction as required.

Prepared flight test plans and reports and reviews certification documents as required.

Written flight test requests, plans and procedures; supports flight and ground testing; reduces and analyzes flight test results and document all aspects of work performed.

Assisted engineers with analysis of engineering designs to define testing requirements.

Experienced in performing Duct airflow uncertainty analysis and calibrations on aircraft air distribution ducts and density calibrations on smoke generators. Able to interpret specifications to develop calibration procedures.

Supported new product development and marketing requests. Worked with DOORs to identify major component of systems engineering, requirements management is the process of capturing and documenting requirements during the various phases (design, analysis, validation, and verification) of project development.
