Measure vital signs, obtain chief complaint, and follow up on assessment.
Confirm ICD 10 and CPT code accuracy on supperbills and lab orders.
Prepare requisition form for laboratory. Verify chain of custody, drug screen collect (send out to lab and at the office).
Schedule patients’ medical screenings, and follow up to obtain results, answer phone calls.
Coordinate pharmaceutical-related matters to verify and expedite prescription orders.
Submit Authorization (HMO), Prior Authorization (PPO), Medical Record (Obtain/ Release).
Perform various clinical testings such as EKG, Asthma control test..
Bilingual English/ Vietnamese languages.
