Resolves problems that arise from late appointments, transportation problems emergencies or other situations that could delay scheduled patients being seen in a timely manner. Continues communication with doctors, therapists, dieticians and other staff regarding patient participation and/or discontinuation of program. Continuous interaction with patients, staff and the general public.
