The prime job functions included:

Maintaining the SCFT Tracker and project Status on daily basis.

Analyzing the SCFT log files using Gladiator and preparing the SCFT reports.

Data analysis after drive test, primary optimization for verifying existing coverage site, troubleshooting issues like call drop and handover cellular.

3G & 2G drive, Analysis of drive test data, identify weak coverage/quality areas, call related issues (CS/PS setup time, Pilot pollution, RSCP, interference Ec/Io, RX Lev, RX Qual, SQI, missing neighbour, call drops, RAB establishment issues, less throughput), rectification of the same.

Handling optimization of new sites and handled problems like interference, IRAT handover failure, handover reversion, in-building problem, antenna tilting, competitive Drive Test.

Responsible for Drive Test (Pre Drive, Post Drive, Optimization and Cluster).

Post processing the drive test data using Gladiator and Map Info.

Makes recommendation to change parameters to meet or improve KPI’s

Analyzing 3G to 2G (CS/PS) Hard Handover failures and Neighbour related issues in 2G.

Use of Tools post-processing in conjunction with other special purpose built tools.

Cluster and Network optimization by detailed analysis of Call Events.

Prepares Drive Test acceptance report using Gladiator & MapInfo for outdoor and indoor coverage.

Performs troubleshooting and analysis of subscriber complaints. Provides report and recommendation for customer related issue

KPI Experience:

Import XML dump from network, ND reports, KPI report and find out the reasons for the Call Drop and give suggestion for necessary changes required for improvement.

Monitor GSM KPIs like SD blocking, SD drop, TCH drop, TCH Blocking & TCH assignment, HO KPI’s.

EMF Testing & Survey Coordination Experience:

Validating, Cross verifying, and Coordinating, Query Solving with the Vendors and Field Engineers for successfully and timely completion of the EMF Survey for biennial and rollout EMF Survey.

Field visits with TERM (DOT) for EMF Measurement using Narda-SRM/Agilent EMF Measurement Instrument and thereafter Report Making as Per TERM Guidelines and Formats.
