o Member of the management team, charged with leading the Human Resources function for the parent company, as well as meeting the unique needs of each individual company. Direct and daily interaction with the President of Marquette Real Estate Group as well as the individual Presidents and CFO’s of each respective company to ensure HR initiatives were tied directly to business objectives.

o Oversaw a 6 member team to provide HR services for the companies of Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq, RJM Construction and United Properties. Scope included administration of 401(k) retirement ($65 million), flexible benefit plans ($7 million), and payroll ($70 million). o Designed, implemented and managed self-insured medical plans to reduce costs without sacrificing coverage for employees. From 2005-2013, annual employee increases averaged 2.6% versus a market average of 8.9%, while building reserves of $1.3 million. o Created Talent Management Strategy and implemented Talent Management System – including Performance Management System, Succession Planning, Goals, Learning Management System, and a Compensation module.
