CAREER BACKGROUND
I began my telemarketing career in 1977. From 1980 to 1985 I was a telemarketing manager in a commission only telemarketing department for a home improvement company. I also have experience in direct sales and have sold products such as steel and vinyl siding, replacement windows, encyclopedias, life and health insurance,water treatment equipment, as well as appointment setting and advertising sales to business owners(B2B). I consider myself highly qualified for any telemarketing position that I pursue. I am an achiever as well as a hard worker and excel in whatever position I hold with the company I am employed.

2012 to April 3, 2017 Wichita, KS. I worked out of my home in my home office setting home improvement appointments with homeowners and previous customers utilizing the “Improveit! 360” computer database and “Google Drive” previous customer database to set appointments for the owner and his sales representatives. Therefore, I used my computer exclusively for these lead generation programs to set appointments. I was paid 10% of gross approved sales volume on the home improvement contracts that were generated by the appointments that I set for the company. I had a 32 year professional working relationship with the owner, Tim Henry, and this appointment setting arrangement was extremely lucrative for me over the past 4 years.

2005 to 2010 Wichita, KS I was employed in the marketing department. My duties included prospecting and setting computer generated appointments on a computer auto-dialer. I set appointments with homeowners to take the “Free Tour” of the Direct Buy showroom. I was also in charge of calling back prospects who called the toll free number from our direct Buy TV commercials to take the “Free Tour” as well. I also manned our Direct Buy booth during the 5 annual Wichita Home shows. I was paid hourly wage and very generous commissions on Direct Buy member upgrades. I was the 2nd highest producer in that department and my annual income exceeded $50,000 per year.
